One of my favorite parts of any convention is hitting the exhibitors’ hall and searching for items I can’t find easily at work or locally. If there are opportunities to avoid international shipping charges for things I was already planning to buy… Well, that’s awesome, too!
This time around, my purchases fell into both categories.
In between all of the Hatsune Miku and Vocaloid CDs, I was able to find Perfume’s ~Complete Best~ and ⊿. (Arashi’s Beautiful World landed the following week.) I also found a special-edition version of the movie program for Cowboy Bebop: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door and a mystery Revolutionary Girl Utena book that looks like another movie program, judging from its contents. [Update: It turns out it’s a program for the Utena Takarazuka show! No wonder I had a problem identifying it!]
I didn’t have a lot of leeway in my schedule to shop, but I think I made the most of my time! 🌸
