LAST EXILE O.S.T. - Dolce Triade | Beautiful, lush, haunting and grand. I'm seriously digging this soundtrack, from the electronica-tinged opening theme "Cloud Age Symphony" (bagpipes!) to the closing theme "Over the Sky" and all of brilliantly executed orchestral tracks in between.
Best of Bowie, David Bowie | Even his campy 1980s tracks, like "Let's Dance" and "Modern Love," still sound good.
Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, Vol. 2: It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Alternative World | For such a wacky series, it manages to have quite a few affecting moments... and another great dub featuring past and future METROCON guests. (Truly awesome job, gang!)
Haibane Remei, Vol. 4: Day of Flight | The last volume was lyrical, haunting and actually provided the series with a resolution, although probably not the kind of ending many audience members were expecting.
Witch Hunter Robin on Cartoon Network | Tonight the episodes that go beyond the current DVD release start. (I can hardly wait. ^_^)
Paradise Kiss, Vol. 5 by Ai Yazawa | I loved it and thought the ending was wonderfully executed, but judging from the mixed reactions online, mileage varies. If you're an F. Scott Fitzgerald fan, you'll probably agree with me. (Already finished it? Talk about it here.)
Hot Gimmick, Vol. 3 by Miki Aihara | This is the series that currently finds itself at the top of my "to read" stack -- for sheer melodrama and the fact that it still has me guessing what will happen next.
