Fiction by Yuki Kajiura | Kajiura is the composer behind the music from Noir with which I am totally infatuated so I knew I'd like at least part of this album. "Key of the Twilight" (vocals by Emily Bindiger, who did some vocals for YK's CowBe soundtrack(s)) and "Zodiacal Sign" (sung by Kaori Nishima) have me hitting the repeat button when I'm listening in my car.
Wolf's Rain OST, composed by Yoko Kanno | I love this more each time I listen to it, and I dig Steve Conte's vocals on "Stray." (Actually, I pretty much dig any Steve Conte vocal on any Yoko Kanno project. ^_^)
RahXephon, Vol. 4: Dissonance | There is a reason that this is one of a handful of series that NEVER sits in my backlog pile. The episodes featuring Isshiki Makoto, Kisaragi Itsuki and Helena Bähbem as children were especially interesting. Makes you wonder what happened to Isshiki in the intervening years...
FLCL, Vol. 3 | For quite a while, I've figured that the people behind Gainax were on crack and this series confirms it but it is SO much fun! Every quirky anime should have a soundtrack featuring the Pillows.
Inu-Yasha, Vols. 3-4 by Rumiko Takahashi | Can't have enough Inu-Yasha. I love that the anime follows the manga so closely, and I'm pleasantly surprised that having already seen the first season of the anime isn't affecting my enjoyment of the manga.
Death, Vol. 1: At Death's Door by Jill Thompson | I don't quite know what I was expecting from this volume, but this wasn't it. The characters' behavior in this incarnation was so ... silly... that they almost have no relation to the characters I remember from the little bit of Gaiman's Sandman that I've actually read.
